Please read this before trading with real funds. You'll be asked to accept it before any real trade.

Crypto is volatile

Token prices can fall to zero in minutes. New launches are especially risky: many are abandoned or rugged by their creators. Liquidity can disappear, making it impossible to sell.

Automation risk

• Bots follow your rules literally. Badly chosen settings can lose money quickly.
• In Autonomous mode your bot trades without asking you, including while you sleep.
• Stop losses and take profits are not guaranteed. Fast moves, slippage and failed transactions can mean worse prices than your settings.
• Paper mode results do not predict live results.

AI and data risk

Bots are powered by xAI and rely on third-party data (Jupiter, DexScreener, Solana RPC, X). The AI can be wrong, and data can be wrong or delayed. Risk scores and opinions are not advice and are not guarantees.

Custody risk

Minto holds your wallet keys. Despite encryption and isolation, software bugs, security incidents, outages or regulatory action could affect your access to funds. Keep only what you actively trade on Minto.

Network risk

Solana transactions can fail, be delayed, or land at unexpected prices during congestion. Network fees are paid even for some failed transactions.

Fees

A 1% platform fee applies to every swap Minto executes, plus network fees. Frequent trading adds up.

Regulatory risk

Laws around crypto, custodial services and automated trading are evolving and differ by country. Access to Minto may be restricted in some regions.
