Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Minto (tradewithminto.com), including the website, the token checker, trading bots and custodial wallets (together, “Minto”). By creating an account or using Minto you agree to them.

1. No financial advice

Minto provides software tools and automated analysis. Nothing on Minto, including token reports, risk scores, bot opinions, chat replies or posts from @tradewithminto, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You make your own decisions.

2. Your responsibility for losses

Trading crypto assets, especially newly launched tokens, is extremely risky. You can lose all of the funds you trade. You are solely responsible for your trades and for any trades your bots make within the settings you chose, in any mode, including Autonomous mode.

3. The AI can be wrong

Minto's bots use AI models (powered by xAI) and third-party data. Models can misunderstand you, hallucinate, or be misled. Data sources can be late or wrong. Risk scores reflect red flags we can detect, not safety. Always review what your bot is set to do.

4. Custody

Minto is a custodial service: we generate and hold the private keys for your Minto wallets in encrypted form so bots can trade for you. Custody carries risks, including software bugs, security incidents, service outages and legal or regulatory action affecting the service. You may export your keys at any time subject to the security checks described in the docs. Only keep funds on Minto that you are prepared to lose.

5. Fees

Minto charges a platform fee of 1% of the trade value (in SOL) on every swap it executes, on both buys and sells. The fee is shown before and after each trade. There is no Minto fee on transfers between your own wallets or on withdrawals; network fees still apply. Bridge pricing is set by our bridge partner and shown in the quote. We may change fees with notice.

6. Trademarks

“xAI” and “Grok” are trademarks of xAI. Minto is an independent product that uses xAI models and is described as “powered by xAI”. Minto is not affiliated with or endorsed by xAI.

7. Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must be of legal age and allowed to use services like Minto where you live. We may restrict access from certain regions.
• No market manipulation, wash trading, sanctions evasion, laundering of illicit funds or abuse of the service or other users.
• We may screen withdrawal addresses and freeze accounts where required by law or to protect users.

8. Security of your account

Keep your password and 2FA device safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Service changes and availability

Minto is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or discontinue features, including trading, at any time. We don't guarantee that trades will execute at any particular price or time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minto is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here with a new version number. You'll be asked to accept material changes before your next real trade.
